    This one day class examines the critical issues confronting firms that are investing in global markets. The focus of this interactive program will be on the products, trading and settlement practices found in pre-emerging, emerging and mature markets. The class begins with a brief review of significant events, across global markets, reflecting a history of change based upon investor demand, regulatory and technology drivers.

    There will be facilitated discussion throughout the day to explore the challenges and trends facing the industry. At the conclusion of this class participants will have a solid foundation of market practices as well as a keen awareness of emerging trends impacting investors, sell-side and market infrastructure organizations.

    A prerequisite is a solid foundation in US domestic products, trading, clearance  and settlement practices.
