    Refund Policy

    All cancellations must be in writing to registrar@fmwonline.com. Refunds will be made to any students canceling more than five business days prior to an event. No refunds or credits will be given for cancellations fewer than six (6) business days prior to an event. Substitutions are permitted at any time. Full refunds are made promptly to all students when Financial Markets World cancels an event.

    Program Cancellation Policy

    Financial Markets World reserves the right to cancel any program at any time, with appropriate notification. If FMW decides to cancel the event, the Company is not responsible for covering airfare, hotel or any other costs. Full refunds are made promptly following any such cancellation. Speakers and agenda are subject to change without notice.

    Payment Policy

    Payments can be made by American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Company Check (USD checks must be drawn on a US bank), or by wire transfer.

    If paying by check or wire transfer, a credit card hold will be required to maintain your registration status. If payment is not received at least 3 business days prior to the event date, the respective credit card will be utilized as the form of payment.

    Complaint Resolution Policy

    Financial Markets World places the highest value on client satisfaction. Complaints are reviewed promptly and upon resolution a credit voucher will be issued (good for 12 months).
